My credit card has been charged twice for the same transaction, what do I need to do to get that corrected?
Please contact Customer Support either by calling 800-243-2724 or by e-mail to Help@Cheapair.com. We may require that you or e-mail us a copy of your statement for verification, one of our billing reps will examine the charges and process a credit on your behalf.
