  1. Hi, I bought 4 tickets to Ecuador, on September 9 2020. I’m using Copa airlines, what are the term of free cancellation. A country like Peru is not letting passengers leave that country, I’m afraid that can happen to us in Ecuador. thanks.

    1. Hi Guillermo, I understand your concern. As of now Copa only has a waiver through the beginning of June. We recommend monitoring the situation and checking back closer to departure. If you booked with us you can email help@CheapAir.com with your 10 digit booking number that begins with 19xxxxxxxx or 20xxxxxxxx. Thank you

  2. What about international travel with British airways? Any help you could provide would be appreciated. We are scheduled to fly out May 25th

    1. Hi Brittney, British Airways does have a flexible waiver for travel through the end of May. If you booked with us contact us at help@Cheapair.com with your 10 digit booking number that starts with 19xxxxxxxx or 20xxxxxxx. We recommend waiting until closer to departure to contact us or the airline to make changes as your travel is not for a couple of months. Thanks

  3. I am booked for Mach 22 returning from USA flight AC 780 from San Francisco to YUL. purchased November 27 2019, booking referenceTEQ754. Due to the present circumstances and the Canadian government warning and advice to return to Canada as soon as possible I decided to come home and bought a ticket with Air Canada . I did try to contact your company but after hours of being on hold It seemed it was my best choice to travel back home while I still had a chance.
My question is , What is the status of my booking? Please let me know , I appreciate your attention.

    1. Hi Graciela. Do you have your 10-digit booking number? This is the number we would have sent you at the time of your booking. It would start with #20xxxxxxxx.

  4. I purchased tickets to fly American Airlines for a trip to NC on Oct. 26, 2019. My flight dates are March 23rd and March 28th but due to COVID and the recommendations to cancel trips I would like to cancel those flights. I just went to American Airlines to cancel my flights but their site said I have to go through you since I booked it with you – but I don’t see anywhere in my confirmation or “My Trips” where I can cancel. Can you please advise me on the best way to cancel? Thank you!

        1. Hi Roselia, I’m sorry, but the booking number you gave, is not ours. Our booking numbers are 10 digits long and begin with 19xxxxxxxx or 20xxxxxxxx. I think you booked with a different company, that might have an O in the middle of their name. No O in our name. Please contact them or the airline directly for assistance. Best of luck.

  5. I purchased a ticket on March 10,2020 to fly United airlines
How can I cancel and get refunded

    1. Hi Arasely, If you booked with us please contact us at help@CheapAir.com with your 10 digit booking number that begins with 19xxxxxxxx or 20xxxxxxxx for assistance with changes or cancelation. You can also try contacting the airline directly. We recommend calling about a week before your scheduled trip as help desks are prioritizing the most urgent travel first. Thank you

  6. Who do I call Cheapair or Spirit to get a refund or to make different air travel later on Your website doesn’t give any information on this

    1. Hi Floyd, I can’t locate you in our system. If you booked with us email our travel advisors at Help@CheapAir.com with your 10 digit booking number that begins with 19xxxxxxxx or 20xxxxxxxx and they can advise you. Either the airline or your travel agent should be able to make a change or cancel your reservation. However, we do recommend waiting until a week to 72 hours before your departure as airlines are prioritizing those with scheduled travel this week. Thank you

    1. Hi Miriam, That is not our booking number, ours are 10 digits long and begin with 19xxxxxxxx or 20xxxxxxxx. I think you booked with another travel company that has an O in their name. Please take a close look at your confirmation and contact your travel agency or the airline directly Thank you
