Pennsylvania residents will soon have more options for traveling to Florida. Low-cost carrier Allegiant Air has announced a couple of new services to Orlando and Tampa Bay, due to start later this year.
From October 31, the airline will fly nonstop between Harrisburg International (MDT) and Orlando-Sanford International (SFB). There will be two services per week in each direction, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Flights depart Harrisburg at 4:45pm and Orlando at 2:00pm.
From November 2, Allegiant will also fly nonstop between Harrisburg International and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International (PIE), serving the Tampa Bay area. This service will fly Mondays and Fridays, departing Harrisburg at 8:10pm and St. Petersburg at 4:40pm.
