How do I get my confirmation for travel insurance?

After travel insurance is requested, whether through the CheapAir.com website or by booking with one of our agents, an email will be sent by provider Travel Guard within 48 hours.

View Policy Online

To view the policy and its details at any time, direct your browser to TravelGuard.com. From here, go to the top and click Customer Service > View Policy. Enter the policy number and last name (you may omit the email address).

Obtain/View Policy Number

You can view the policy number on CheapAir.com by clicking My Trips and entering your booking number and last name, or log in. You may also contact our customer support team at [email protected] to review your reservation and obtain your policy number.
